Terms of Service – Chauffeur Service & Booking System | Saint International

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the chauffeur transportation services and the reservation, payment, and operation management systems (collectively, “the Service”) provided by Saint International Inc. (“the Company”).
Customers who use the Service (“Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Effective Date: November 11, 2025

Article 1 (Description of the Service)

The Company provides the following services:

(1) Airport chauffeur transfers
(2) Business and corporate transportation
(3) Hourly charter chauffeur service
(4) Long-distance chauffeur service
(5) Sightseeing chauffeur service
(6) Group and event transportation
(7) Reservation system, member management, Stripe payment services, operation management, and notification services

The Company may modify the contents of the Service when necessary.

Article 2 (Membership Registration)

Some functions of the Service require membership registration.
For corporate users, credit review and a corporate contract are required.
Users must maintain accurate and up-to-date registration information.
If false information is found, the Company may suspend the user’s account.

Article 3 (Reservations)

Reservations are accepted through the Company’s designated reservation form or the corporate service desk.
The Company is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect user input.
Although the Company will make efforts to accommodate flight delays, it bears no responsibility for damages or additional fees caused by delays, cancellations, or lack of communication.
If a white vehicle is requested and unavailable, a black vehicle may be provided instead.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

Service fees follow the Company’s price list or official quotation.

Available payment methods:
(1) Stripe (credit card and payment link)
(2) Corporate post-payment (contracted corporations only)

Meet & greet service fees, late-night/early-morning surcharges, highway tolls, parking fees, waiting fees, and additional stops may incur extra charges.
Refunds after Stripe payment will be handled in accordance with these Terms.
Corporate billing due dates follow the corporate agreement.

Article 5 (Cancellations and Changes)

Users may change or cancel reservations through the Company’s designated method.
Cancellation fees:

  • Day before service: 50% of the fee
  • Day of service: 100% of the fee
  • No-show: 100% of the fee

Changes due to flight delays will be accommodated when possible; however, the Company may treat the reservation as a cancellation at its discretion.
Cancellation timing is determined based on the timestamp recorded in the Company’s system.

Article 6 (Operating Conditions)

All operations follow the Road Transport Act and relevant regulations.
Passenger capacity limits must be observed (e.g., Alphard max 7 passengers, HiAce max 10 passengers).
Excessive luggage may require an additional vehicle.
The driver may suspend service if dangerous items or inappropriate behavior are observed.
Routes may change due to traffic, weather, or regulations.

Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order
  2. Actions that disturb other users, drivers, or the Company
  3. Use of unauthorized payment methods
  4. Registration of false information
  5. Unauthorized access or tampering with the Company’s system
  6. Conduct that interferes with the Company’s operations

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, traffic restrictions, accidents, congestion, strikes, or system failures.

The Company assumes no responsibility in the following cases:

  • User input errors
  • Flight delays/cancellations
  • Excess waiting time caused by lack of communication
  • Troubles caused by third parties

If the Company is found liable, compensation shall be limited to the applicable service fee.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company manages personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and its Privacy Policy.
Stripe payment information (such as credit card numbers) is not stored by the Company.
User information may be used for SMS, push, and email notifications.

Article 10 (Operation Instructions and Records)

The Company prepares and stores operation instructions, driver guidelines, and operation history for management purposes.
Users agree to this handling of records.

Article 11 (Suspension of the Service)

The Company may suspend all or part of the Service under the following circumstances:

  • System maintenance
  • System malfunction
  • Legal compliance requirements
  • Any operational necessity

The Company is not responsible for damages arising from such suspension.

Article 12 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms when necessary.
Revised Terms will take effect when posted on the Company’s website or system.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
